We do, however, offer internships in the San Francisco Bay area.

POSITION TITLE:
Social Networking 
Intern

HOURS: 10-20 hrs/week (may be flexible) 

PAY: Unpaid Internship; may qualify for school credit 

REPORTS TO: CorpWatch Director



Intern Responsibilities

• Develop and regularly update CorpWatch's presence on social-networking and media websites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter etc.)
 
• Create short media messages to be distributed on Facebook and Twitter.
 
• Opportunity to contribute several blog entries on current news items related to our various focus issues and industries.

 

Qualifications 
:

• Enthusiasm and involvement in online social networking and open source communities.

• Knowledge of HTML coding, video and audio production for the web is a plus.

• Excellent written, oral and communication skills and attention to detail. 

• Analytical and critical thinking skills. 

• Commitment to environmental and social justice and the mission of CorpWatch.

POSITION TITLE: Corporate Research Intern

Intern Responsibilities

• Collaborate with editors and researchers to research corporate malfeasance.
• Contribute to the creation of in-depth corporate profiles for Crocodyl.org

• Opportunity to contribute several blog entries on current news items related to our various focus issues and industries.

Qualifications

• Research and editing skills. 
Previous experience with corporate research strongly preferred.
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills and attention to detail. 

• Analytical and critical thinking skills. 

• Commitment to environmental and social justice and the mission of CorpWatch.
